Need Spline Count/Size for 4L60E DS Slip Yoke
NE1 know the spline count and size for the tranny Slip Yoke for 4L60E? I know it's a metric spline - but beyond that...?
I think the guy that made my custom chromolly DS used a std. spline slip yoke for a TH series tranny. It will slide back & forth by hand when tried manually - but put some torque behind it and the yoke will bind and cause a vibration.

I had no issue with spline count, but I went from 4L60E to a TH350, same spline count of 27, used on TH350, 4L60E and 700R4 where as the TH400 and 4L80E use a 32 spline. The diameter is unchanged.
The yoke binding could be due to improper pinion angle in relationship to the trans, the difference b/w the pinion angle and the DS angle. Kind of what I am going through now.
The stock DS is about 1-1.5" short when used with the TH350 (9" tailshaft), and I believe this throws the DS to pinion into an upset condition, or at least when using the BMR th350 X member with TA relocation. I will checking angles Wed.
