Shifting Question.... Ihave a stock 99 with 70000 miles, and it is shifting kinda weird. During medium accel, it rpm's will build, and it will act like it is shifting for a sec., then build rpm's for anouther sec, or 2, then shift. Does it during all shifts. Dosn't do it during wot, or light accel. Any ideas? I am thinking of going with this shift kit, but want to get this ironed out first.

Your tranny is slipping, clutches are going. It doesn't happen under WOT because your line pressure is maxed and it's just enough to hold the clutches. It'll fail at WOT eventually, once the clutches are worn enough (maybe 500 miles or so).
Time for a rebuild, the shift kit will only hide the problem for a short while. Better putting the shift in after the rebuild.
