Default Lockup Woes??

For some reason when my car is cold and i drive the first few miles my convertor wont lockup, or it will go in and out of lockup a couple of times. Bumped the line pressure up to 95psi, it seemed to help but still does it. Is this a sign of the convertor going bad or do I need to get new lockup solenoids? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated...Thanks

The converter will not lock up untill transmission temps are in range (too cold)
that is in the PCM program

Mine doesn't lock until the ECT reaches about 140 degrees on my scanner - (just over the first mark on my gauge).

Same here. When it's below 30 degrees, without a good warm up, it takes 5 or so minutes for the converter to lock..

I noticed the same thing the other monrning when the ambient temp was 20*. TC behaves differently. I let it warm up more.
