tranny trouble

Default tranny trouble

a4 3000 stall changed fluid and filter still over heating the tech at the chev store said new tranny time is this true.

First off, how are you getting your trans temp readings? Software? Trans Temp gauge? Do you have any kind of aftermarket cooler on the car? How long have you been experiancing the overheating problem? What kind of temps are you seeing specifically? 200? 220? 240? Are you seeing any signs of the tranny not acting right? slipping? not shifting right? etc...

yea, um i hope you installed and external trans cooler along with that 3k stall if not thats why your overheating it..
