Default tranny problems help!
I have a problem when im in drive and I floor it and try to shift to overdrive.It red lines and wont shift can someone help me.

I'm not sure about this but on some cars they won't shift into od at wot.

Will it finally shift into OD if you let off the gas a little bit? Sounds like the tranny is slipping.

Sometimes it will shift if i left of a little.

Sounds like your transmissions going out, welcome to the club, check your neutral safety switch too; mine was giving me problem then that caused my transmission to go. . .So good luck!

If the transmission is still in decent shape (3-4 clutch pack) the "modified" Trans-Go Performance Shift kit can solve this in most cases.

well im going to get it check and if its in pretty good shape.Ill just slap on the shift kit and see what happens.
