okay this MIGHT be a dumb question but i need closure to this.....i am about to drop the car off at MTI next week and my mods are as follows...
b&m tranny cooler
hooker LT headers
hooker 3" y-pipe
borla catback
1 1/4 drop springs
bilstein shocks and struts
160* powerstat
ported tb
free mods
k&n FIPK 2 intake
MSD 8.5 wires
NGK V-power plugs
spohn adj. torque arm w/ds safety loop
hotchkis panhard rod
hotchkis weld-on subframe connectors
3.42 gears
the mods below are what MTI's throwing on for me...
347 cid aluminum block combination
224/224 stealth cam

last time i was on the dyno, i had blown a cresent moon in my tailshaft extension housing...this happened when i had my stock torque arm still on......to avoid problems like that again, i replaced the stock torque arm with the Spohn Adj. Torque Arm w/driveshaft safety loop to take some stress off of the back of my tranny...last time my tailshaft ext. housing blew i had it fixed, im not 100% sure that the dealership had flushed my tranny completely through.... but my questions are...should a bone stock tranny like mine be able to handle the mods im throwing on?.....should i have MTI thoughroughly flush my tranny just to be sure?
