Default rev limiter/ shift points question after installing new converter

I recently installed a Fuddle 3400/2.1 converter on my 98 Z28. I have been testing out the new vert and it is definitely a lot more fun. However, I am hitting the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift. I am not sure about the other shift points at this time because I haven't been able to drive it on a long strech of road yet. That will most likely have to wait til Spring, because I only have storage insurance, so I can do a burnout in the parking lot where it's parked, but that's about it. So I am wondering what to set my shift points at so I do not hit the rev limiter? Also I believe that I heard I do not need to remove torque management on a 98. Is that true? The only other mods I have on my car are an exhaust cutout and airlid. Thanks.

Default

I should mention this car has 2.73 gears. I will most likely get a mail order tune to have the shift points and rev limiter changes made.
