Default Shift solenoids ?

What shift solenoids are you guys using? Is there a big difference between an aftermarket shift solenoid and the stock solenoids?

Aftermarket solenoids aren't "improved" they are just cheap. Since the OEM solenoids are already inexpensive, I just use them instead of aftermarket ones.
