Default Transmission/converter question

Approximalty how many miles after a converter install does it take for most of the debri and metal shavings to come off into the filter? I've had my converter on for about 300 miles and was planning on changing the trans fluid, but wonder if I should give it a while longer.

I hope you're not seeing much stuff come off. If you have run it hard, you could change the fluid now.

FWIW, I don't see too many people doing this.

I've done about a doz WOT runs. And have run it a little harder then normal while practicing luanching and how the converter responds. I figure not too many people do it, but I thought it might be a good idea to get fresh fluid in there after I break in the converter.
