my tranny won't shift into 3rd on nitros. And when i am on the gas hard when it is cold with no nitros it will not shift then either i do have a 1-2 shift klit in it right now but it seems not to help the 2-3 shift. although the tranny will shift right when the tranny worms up but not on nitros. i bought a hypertech to try to fix the problem on the shifting times but it still does not help. if anyone has an idea on what else i can do plesse let me know

 

What have you done to the unit? How many miles on the transmission? How much nitrous? What rear end gear ratio? Which torque converter, and stall? If this is a genuine 1985 unit, then there is not much there to start with. Let me know, and I will try to help you out on this.
