Default Problem with transmission on my A4....I think?

I'm not sure what the problem is but here are a few symptoms of what my car is doing.

I have a 2000 Z28 with 3.23 gears. (SY3500 converter, Transgo Shiftkit, Trans Cooler)

My car is shifting at 5100Rpms on the 1-2 shift and it should be shifting somewhere in the 5800-6000 range.

Also, last week I was testing the car to see how fast I could take it up to. As I was at WOT in 3rd gear my car hit the rev limiter and would not shift into 4th gear. I have to let off the gas for a second then my car will finally go into 4th.

These things started happening after I had my Torque converter installed with a trans cooler and shift kit. Could it be a Torque Management conflict or something?

Any ideas as to what is wrong??

Thanks for any help

Make sure fluid is not low. When I got my car back after TC install it would hit the limiter on the 2-3 shift. I was only down 1/2 quart.

I had to get a hypertech to correct my shiftpoints. 1-2 +4 finally got me to shift at 6100rpms. Originally I shifted the 1-2 at 54 or 5500.
