Default tci or vigilante

hey guys which would be better to go with for reliabilty and all. im looking at running a 3200 stall for my daily driver fbody.. which of the 2 would be better? and which one doesnt eat up hp the most?

I've owned both and they are both great converters. I would go with the tci unless you want a converter to lock at wot. Then the vig is the way to go. Efficency is pretty similar between the two.

I've been using a vig. for four years. No problems and still flashes great.

which is the one i want, lock or unlock? i want one thats reliable and does what its supposed to and dont eat up all my hp. i heard in the past tci had problems with there stuff.

if you have a lock up trans, you will not be eating hp when the trans is locked. all of the site sponsors make nice efficeint converters. call John at fuddle. he will set you up with a great converter at a very reasonable price. and he has the best customer service and warranty in the business...period.

i have a tci 3500 its a beast , i love it gas is aight just depends on ur foot.

One thing to remember about Vig vs. TCI is that Vig's stall speeds are rated lower, so a 2800 Vig is comparable to a 3000 TCI, Vig 3200 to a TCI 3500, etc.
