I am planning on getting a flp trans sometime, but for now am thinking about getting a trans go shift kit.
I hear they include an installation video with it?

IS it an easy install?

Definately worth it. The video came with the kit I got..however to do it the right way and install all the parts it would be adventageous to take the trans out.

damn, after installing my converter, there is no way I am pulling the trans again!

I just did a Vig. 3200 and a TransGo shift kit also. The shift kit can be done with it still installed. It really is not hard, just takes some time. Go step by step with the video and before you move to the next step in the video read to make sure the writen steps are followed to the letter, some changes or additions could have been made since the video was made. Take your time and you will be thrashing tires at will. You will have to modify your shift points after the kit install. I went +3 on the 1-2 shift and -1 on the 2-3 shft with HPP3 to get it to shift in the correct RPM range for me, but all combo's will be different depending on your mods.

what all will need taken off of the trans??

just the pan and valve body? anything fly out when removing the valve body?
