That's a cool setup 2001NBMZ28. Do you have any problems with water splashing on your cooler?

Easy, take your ftra out and sell it on ebay. It doesnt do anything anyway.
How many REAL fast cars are using that thing anyway?

Ive been to the track since the removal and times didnt change at all.

The FTRA has been proven. And FWIW, alot of the fast cars on this site use some sort of ram air or cold air induction set up, whether it be custom or based off the FTRA design.

It started out just screwed to the impact bar (impact foam was cut out for it).

Then it progressed to this

And then I did this late last season

Both pics where of mock up, they looked better once finished.

also did mine DOpe style, as well as others i installed for other people. we love it and keeps the tranny pretty cool. I also love my FTRA, great mod for cars not making much power, was good for 0.1 and 1-1.5mph for me

I mounted mine very similar to GM Muscle, however, it is more over toward the corner of the car so that it is directly behind the opening in the front nose under the DRL. That way it picks up cool air directly while the car is in motion. My Mocal Oil Cooler is mounted in the same way but on the DS of car.

Ddin't take any pics during/after install...
