As soon as you install the predator tune it automatically takes out TM or a good percent of it.

I thought all these A4's did the 2-3 delay? My stocker did it and so did my Pro Yank, didn't know the delay was as long as it was till I watched video of some runs.. Every other A4 I hear go down the track does it as well. The fact yours didn't do it till now makes me wonder..

I had my computer tuned by TSP back in 04. They took out the TM, tuned for higher stall (3500), and upped the line pressure. It worked great in 04. No delayed shifting at all and it never hit the rev limiter. I put the car in storage for 7 months while I was downrange. I noticed it was not shifting into third correctly at my first race. I also lost .7 tenths and 7 mph in the 1/4. I traced the low power to a set of shorter push rods I installed right before I left. I put a Trans Go shift kit in the tranny a few weeks ago but it is still delaying the shift. I am sending off for another tune to see if it fixes the problem.
