I don't think that 35mph is a good idea with a cammin' car, but I think results will vary. I think personal perceptions of what is acceptable vary too.

I called Mike at Yank a couple of days ago when I started having the same problem. Didn't have any trouble until a couple of weeks after install of my PT4000. Mike seems to think that I have stored a lot of misfire codes, and if I clear them the shudder will go away. I'm getting ready to reprogram with the HPP3, and clear the PCM. I'll let you know if it goes away.

I just reprogrammed with my HPP3, and wouldn't you know it, no more shudder! I don't know what was causing it, but it definitely was not the converter. LS1 edit is on the way, and I'll probably turn off misfire detection, see if that is the culprit.

Re: ?'s about changing converter lock up mph.
I have tried the Lubeguard tranny shudder fix. It did not help at all. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
I spoke to Ed and he said that alot of the tuner shops that use his tuning set the lockup at 45mph or more.
This is probably the route I will go.
Any other ideas?
