adding a shift kit, worth it???

From personaly experience I can tell you a shift kit is the way to go to on an automatic. I had a Trans Go kit on my 700R4 3rd gen and it made the car much more pleasurable to drive.
As for making the car quicker, maybe, maybe not, but a tenth isn't anything to worry about anyways, in my opinion making the car quicker is not the reason to get a shift kit, making it more fun to drive is.
