What do you have to reprogram the ECM. If using something like HPTuners, you simply enter the new rear gear ratio and hit auto compute and you should be done. You may want to go over them and smooth them out more to your liking.
If you do no thave a programmer, then you will need to find a shop with reprogramming capabilities or a friend that has support.

Correct! You may find that you will want to readjust some of the corrected setting HPT does. But the basic function HPT offers will correct your shift speeds.
