Default torque convert lock up
some times mine locks then unlocks and locks and unlocks...is it fucked?

no probably not......sounds like a bad solenoid in the transmission

Could also be misfire codes causing it to lock and unlock if you haven't had the car tuned for it.

the transmission is brand new.....it has maybe 500 miles on it and ive never stepped on it.

my car was tuned before on the old block.....my o2's are dead so the cars been running crappy lately.....if its a solenoid or something in the tranny it will throw a code for it right?
