Default TCC lock-up issues

My TCC is set to lock-up @117 mph @ full throttle but is locking-up @100 mph. Has anyone ever encountered this before? Will raising the MPH make a difference? I don't feel like taking apart this transmission again.
Thanks guys

I triple checked my wheel/gears/speedometer calibration. I have synthetic dexron, but that shouldn't be the problem. Did you try raising the lock-up point?

Hmm it could be...i'd recommend trying the new Dexron VI from GM...I don't think any of the builders here like the synthetics.
