Default another TC question

i know ive asked alot of questions on TC's but i have one more.
earlier i was driving about 50mph at about 1400rpm; if i had a 3400 stall would i still be turning the same rpm at that speed or wuld it be higher?

Torque converters don't affect cruising RPMs.

TC will be locked up then, that is why your cruising RPM will be the same, it is just getting there where it acts different
