Default 4000 stall and 3.73s enough for TREX

I'd like to go with the TREX cam and PRC CNC LS6 heads. My car will have some weight reduction done to it-roughly 300lbs at least when alls said and done. I already have a 4000 stall from Fuddle uninstalled and am debating between 3.73 and 4.10 gears. I went 4000 originally for the MS3 but have since changed my mind about cams My car is a daily driver and sees mostly HW miles. Because of this, I would like to stay with 3.73s. My question is this:

Will a 4000 stall and 3.73s be enough for the Trex? I'm not looking to set any records but I don't want to be a total turd off the line either. TR reccommends at least a 4000 stall so I imagine I'll be safe. What do you all say? Should I send the stall back in to be re-stalled at 4400 or would that be to high for a daily driver? Also, what MPG do you all see with 4.10s and what is your RPM at 55, 65, and 75mph? Opinions and answers more than welcome
