Keep in mind I have over 2000.00 in hard parts that you don't have. The billet main shaft and planetarys alone are 1800 which truley make my trans bullet proof and capable of supporting an 8 second 3600lb car. A slightly upgraded 80e like yours can't support that and that is the price difference.

I also started with a brand new bare 2005 GM case and every part inside is brand new which added some to the cost as well.I'm not saying my way is for everyone but I had the cash so I did what I thought was the best possible trans solution for the long term.

Bro I wasnt bashing your trans at all. In this game you get what you pay for. We all know that. I had my trans built to hold the power levels I had planned and then some. It wasnt built for a 8 second car. I never planned on a 1200+hp build. I know my trans is right as is yours. Two differnt build for two differnt styles of cars.

Ohh I know I simply made the reply so others reading this would understand the difference and the options available for the ultimate OD trans that we have.
