HELP NOW! Random Tech 12bolt Install

HELP NOW! Random Tech 12bolt Install Is it necessary to grind the end of the t/a mounts to fit a moser 12 bolt??? We are under the car now and are slightly aggrivated with the fact that the holes are off by about 3/8 of an inch from the moser. WTF???
