Default Throwing code.. HELP

TCC is the code im getting and my mechanic said (and hes beeing doing only LT1/LS1 cars for 8 years now) said when he moves my car it doesnt even feel like a 2800 one at all... (its a VIG 2800 btw) I was wondering if maybe the TCC code had somethign todo with it.. he recommended putting a 3500 in it but i was wondering if it was the TCC code I know it deals with torque something

If its a loose stall it will change everytime the torque curve does.
