Did you have a tranny cooler on it? Did you have a trans temp guage, what was it at?

Give Ken a call, see what he has to say, I'm sure he can help you out.

Keep us posted on what you fine, my new 4L60E is bleeding out as well...out of the lil vent on the top of the tranny. Low or full to the top mark it keeps blowing it out.

Can't be getting hot on my car, its doing this whether i'm crusing at 70mph on the highway or city driving

Sounds like it was an easy fix. Probably a goofy seal or something. Get taht temp guage installed though, it could have goten too hot and the seal could have got soft or something and that's why it let go.

It was a metal seal. We think the spacer was to big and made the seal sit to high. But we got it fixed. All ready to go race, just waiting for tires!!

If I still had a 10 bolt in my car, I'd be pretty hesitant to transbrake launch the car too LOL. The car should be going in end of this month for the motor and tranny swap, so I'm hoping I have it back mid july so I can put some miles on it and get used to it, then it's off to the track, to get kicked out after the first full pass... if anyone's paying attenion anyway
