Help engine has to rev before tranny catches??
Help engine has to rev before tranny catches?? If you put it in gear, there is no foreward rolling like it used to, and then when you hit the gas, the engine has to rev-up before, it feeks like the trans catches, and the car moves.

in first gear you have the low/reverse clutches holding and the forward clutches driving which takes alot of fluid pressure....the pump could be getting weak the pressure control solenoid could be bad......does it slip in any of the gears?
