What converter for my setup??

Having john goebel custom make my 4L60E and hes building me a converter i need to tell him what i want... i figure over a 3000 rpm one.. build is in my sig and the car is a Daily driver warrior

haha its cool bro, full rebuild for $1,200 i think ima do a 3200 rpm
