Converters....
You shouldn't see any change in your highway MPG, but your city MPG will suffer a bit. On the highway, the converter locks just like your stock converter. In the city(stop/go driving) the converter spends more time unlocked and slipping.
Rough rule of thumb for city driving:
3000 stall & under: -1 mpg
3500 stall: -1 to -2 mpg
4000 stall & above: -2 to -3 mpg
