Default Torque Converter

On a stall converter they say its better to flash the converter and some people say its better to stall as high as you can. I just wanted to know the difference between the both. And whats better for the car and better for the track. If you would beable to help me out that would be great.

There is no one rule that fits all. Different converter designs respond differently and traction plays another element.
