Default Fuddle question

Is John Fuddle out of busness, on vacation, missing
I ordered a converter about 3 weeks ago and have not received it or heard anything. I have e-mailed, PM'd, and called several times and left a message but NOTHING....
Does it normally take a month to get a TC??

This has been covered all day long. He is always there when you want to order and he doesn't want to talk to you after the fact. Funny how people report him there and not there during the same periods of time.

I'm just concerned about the lack of ability to communicate with SOMBODY!! (not to mentioned paying for a TC I havn't received)
As I mentioned, I have called (approx. 15 times in the last 1 1/2 weeks) e-mailed, and sent PMs and havn't gotten any response.
I want to "assume" that he is on vacation or somthing, but I'm running out of patience I conducted busness with him in good faith, and I expected the same

I'm going on two weeks and have called about 20 times and emailed, just sent a Pm yesterday. He seems like a cool guy, just want to know what's up with my stall.

Its threads like these that worry me. I'm in the market for a stall, Fuddle would be best for my budget.....but I'm also expecting something that resembles customer service. I dont know who to go with. Ron

We are very sorry for any phone calls we have missed. It seems for every phone call we answer, there are 4 we have missed because we are on the phone. The sale had overwhelming response. I am relcutant to admit we are slightly behind on responding to e-mails. However, we have hired new people. E-mails and phone calls should all be responded to by the beginning of next week. Because of the delay in response, we are extending the sale through the end of the month.

FedEx. It is boxed into a converter box, with cap on it, bolts normally installed in their respective holes. The box has a double layer of CB on the bottom, and an extra layer on top. I had one ship, and it was missing one bolt, and another was junk, but I use ARP anyway. Never had an issue with the boxed goods going all the way to Hawaii at that.

Go to FedEx.com and use the tracking # to find out where the package is.

That was what I ended up doing. After all the threads and all the drama I figured it was something I couldnt deal with at the moment.

If a business can't return your e-mails or phone calls why would you want to send them money?

I've been through it with them, and if I knew a portion of what I know now about their business tactics then, the last thing I would do is send them money.
