Default 3 Pumps Broken

how the hell am i breaking 3 different tranny pumps. i had all 3 splines aligned and when bolted the bell housing down i broke the ******* pump!

if the converter isnt atleast an inch within the bellhousing you probably will break the pump each time when bolting it down...

ii had less than half an inch wehn it was seated properly and still some how i fucked up.

did you put the pump together you may have the rotor in the wrong way

tranny mechanic installed the pump. i broke it w/ two decently loud pops when putting on the bellhousing. im a dumbass and should ahve gone a bit slower.

the converter should go in three times and there should be a little bit of a gap from ther flywheel to the converter
