Hi all, my 94 formula runs strong but when you put it in reverse in makes like a pinging noise and pulls timing out when you give it gas?

once you put it in forward its ok and runs good.
it don't do it all the time,
what you guys think it is I had the tranny rebuilt about 20,000 miles ago
pcmfor less had the tq pressure up from 90psi too 120psi do you think that had something to do with it?
