Manual valve body makes the car a manual without a clutch.
I have a reverse manual valve body in my TH400 and I love it to death but its not a daily driver, just a weekend toy.
I have a 5 speed manual as a daily driver so it would be nuthin for me to daily drive a manaul valve body.

If you have a TH350/400 then you won't have overdrive.
Although you can do a gear vendors over/under drive but I would think it could get complicated with shifting and remembering to turn the overdrive on and off.
Best bet would be a 4L80E with a manual valve body if you have the cash.
