Default Question regarding stall and gearing..

Say u had a converter built for a setup thats running a 4.10/26in tire combo.

Then u go to a 4.56/28in combo.

Will this effect the flash, stall or shift extension of the verter?

Assuming the effective gearing is about the same (i.e. resulting rpm/mph is equal), the effect, if any, will be very minimal.

You will notice very little change at the track cause the overall final drive is very close.
However on the street if you are running a 26 inch tire you will notice the converter feel a little tighter around town
Cheers,
