Flex plate for a 408 crank problem

I have an issue getting my holes to line up right on my 408 crank. I have purchased a couple of flexplates for LSx based cars. None of these are mating up at all with my Eagle crank shaft. Has anyone ever encountered this? Does anyone know how I should solve my problem?

Be sure to grind off any paint or powder coating where any bolt contact will be as well as where the crank mates to the flexplate. Good luck!!
