If you changed the cam and didn't get the misfire code removed via programming then that's your problem.

but more than likely you have the same prob as i did. I would be driving and out of the blue it unlocks, goes for 2 mins, then locks back. Somedays it wouldnt do it, others every 5-10 miles.
i just used edit and changed this
under engine diagnostic you go to test parameters and change the Max Misfire detection to 140 and the Min to 139 then you will have no more probs at all.. mines 100% fine now
