Good point. A torque converter has a stall speed "rating".

Man some of you guys act like it's instant meltdown if you don't have an external cooler. Remember he does still have the cooler in the radiator, so it's not like he's running without a cooler at all. I think he would have been fine for a week without an external cooler. TCI recomends bypassing the radiator after installing a sufficient cooler because it just heats the fluid unnecessisarily. While Hayden recomends keeping it for cold weather to keep the fluid from gelling. BTW high stall speed torque converters are commonly referred to as "stall converters" or "stalls". Relax people.

HAHAHAHAHA! Now THAT **** is funny.

Um... once you start modding, you'll NEVER get caught up. Just for god's sake try like hell NOT to ever use a credit card for mods... or mods you brainwash yourself into calling repairs!

The Nova is a race gas motor wored out "RACE" car. My little street car is only a few tenths behind him. A few suspension tweaks and I am right with him. His buddy says he's getting worried since he talked so much **** about me and my race car thats no where near finished. Now that my mild street car runs almost what his race car does there has not been much trash talk.
