it says the cars and trucks it includes in the top right corner. be warned, the car 4L60E is stronger than the truck trans. the truck trans lacks the corvette servo. also, with trucks, you're carrying around another 500-1000 lbs which kills the transmissions, not to mention the decreased aerodynamics. a built 4L60E in an f-body will far outlast an equally built 4L60E in a truck or SUV.

Im not scared either lol , as for rpms breaking parts , Na , excessive line presure yes . exstremly agressive shifts at all throttle positions yes , and as im sure most builders not companies on here will agree people who claim hipo while selling a stock trans with a shift kit definatley yes , These people have done more damage to the 4l60e than horse power and torque ever have .
400 plus hp for a properly built 4l60e with the right parts and know how is not a problem.

Choco,

The transmission wasn't designed for high horsepower applications either. To say that rpm's kill 4l60e is retarded. I'm out!!!!!!!!!!!!
