Default Tranny cooler lines popping off

This has happened many times in the last few months since i replced my 4l60 and added a trans cooler. I have put mor clamps on there nothing seems to have helped. I have gotten so fed up I am looking into havins stailess steel lines made with AN fittings so I can eliminate thos ehose clapms. Any help on what could cause this dosnt seem to be a problem on other stalled cars .

Hose clamp on smooth line is destined to fail. Blown them
off several times on the beater. I carry a gallon of ATF
just in case.

The hose will crush and harden into a slip fit.

If you had barb fittings it would hold better. On my
cooler there were NPT females so I bought a pair
of barbs. But maybe you want to just go all out and
buy $10 worth of hard line and some flare couplings.

You absolutly have to have some kinda flare on there. I like to use a fuel injection style clamp myself or a band style clamp. I have seen this happen as well and this is why I don't use the clamps that are supplied with the cooler. Good luck, Vince.

Yeah I am havin some lines made to replace those weak rubber ones. Should have compression fittiongs on the existing hard lines then stailess lines with AN fittings to the cooler. Anybody ever done anything like this and had good results?
