Post if you get a hold of them. I am removing them as a sponsor tomorrow unless they get a hold of me. We are cracking down on folks who are having problems with customer service.

i was able to post in the feedback section.

I was finally able to get ahold of Dave. He didn't call me back....I had to call 3 more times to get him. He has been having some serious health issues.

He made a suggestion of replacing my solenoids to fix my problem. I'm gonna try to do that next week and see if it works.

oh, so thats why no one else was posting.

I called the second number (940) 594-8064 and i got Dave on it a few days ago.

But I did try the other number first, actually several times and it was busy, so I called the one I listed here.

i called that one, but when i do get an answer (once every couple days) i get the "i'm out getting parts" or "i'm out test driving a car" or "i'm out to lunch." and it was never dave, i havent talked to dave since probably early august...

anyway the reason i keep calling is because on september 7th i recieved a voicemail from Amy saying that they recieved my core and are just about finished on my built trans and that it should have been shipping out on the 8th or the 10th at the latest.

i also saw some people on here saying they talked to them and were told a couple transmissions were being shipped out just recently, so i've been calling to get a tracking number...

its too bad nobody is close enough to just go down there and make sure everything actually IS alright.
