Default 4l60e question

I was wondering if you could tell me what the difference in transmissions is from a 98 V6 Firebird A4 to my 2000 Z28 A4. I need a new tranny for my car and my buddy recently wrecked his Firebird and told me he would sell me the tranny for $100. I'm sure there's quite a bit different between the two but just thought I'd ask. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

bell housing (differnt bolt pattern on block), input shaft/input drum (the v6 is a 27 spline not 30 like yours, with less 3/4 clutches), converter (smaller with a different crank pilot and input spline and differen't stall), servo (his is smaller), stator support (to match the input shaft differnce, with differnt boost valve), and i think that is it......

yes they're both a 4l60e, the ones for the ls1s (in a nutshell) are just more built.
