Fuddle sponsor elsewhere Is Fuddle back on track or not? Theyve become new sponsors on other boards and they say theyve rededicated themselves to bringing you the best customer service etc. I thought John was sick and in the hospital? Is he better now and starting to fix and take care of all the issues etc that he was having with alot of customers? Does he still get his converters from the same place? Either way I hope it works out for him and everyone else. I want a TH350 converter from them but I want to see how it all works out first.
I emailed him with some issues last week and he offered a free replacement or to upgrade my old converter and just pay the difference. He was very quick to respond and very nice to deal with, I think the problems are over now. Things happen and he is making good now, he could have easily changed the company name and started over.
