Another problem may be your RPM launch. What RPM are you leaving at? I have tested this NUMEROUS times, and I can tell you that I always got worse 60's when I left at anything higher than 1100 RPM. 1000-1100 worked the best.

Just idle up to 1000, using the brake to hold the car. stage deep, & on the last yellow, let go of the brake & hammer the gas at the same time. This is the tech that worked to get me 1.52 60's, that in combination with the weight reduction. Good luck.

The larger Vig converters, 3600+, do give up a little bit of MPH, but the smaller ones do out perform anything else in that same size. I'll put a Vig3200 up aganist anything Yank builts under 3500, and I have many times. The Vig will out 60' and ET the Yank with about the the same MPH. Now if we are talking race converters then that's a different story. Yank has that market covered hands down for now. That's why I run a Yank PT4400 in my car.

People try and put all converters in one catagory and you just can't do that. There are different converters for different application and different people. I've used both brands, and still do in different cars, and both are awesome converters in thier own niche.

I LOVE my Vig3200! It's an awesome all-around TC. But, I'm moving on to a TP4200 to see what the other converter is like.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
