Default PT4000 vs. SY4000

Which one and why? I have a TR224-112 and will soon have the heads ported to match my cam. I will be running Nitto's all the time even at the track which isn't that much. I am currently running 3.23 gears so I was thinking the PT4000 with a 2.2 STR. My mods are in the sig...

Thoughts?

SY4000 is going to be a little easier to launch, but you're going to have to step into the launch for either converter. YTP is going to feel a bit tighter at lower rpms, say below 2500, but the SY may be a little tighter higher part throttle speeds. YTP will be better from a roll.

I had the YTP4000/3.23 combo. Got to be a bit loose for me and then I went to 3.73s. Had LS1 Edit been available, I would have raised my part throttle shift points and that would have tighten it enough that I might have kept my 3.23s. The YTP 4000 was easier to launch than I expected because the high stall gives you room to step into it. The 3.73s made it harder to launch because of the extra torque multiplication.
