WOW is all I can say. I had a midrange converter in my mustang before I got my LS1 but HOLY CRAP. I put 150 easy miles or so on her to break it in and finnaly pegged it from a stop. WOW I never thought a converter would do so much for a car. Having a little problem though as I posted in auto tranny section it keeps going into limp mode/default I think somthing might not have been completely plugged back in under the car but will check it out soon. For anyone wanting to do a converter get a Yank!!!!!!!!!! This thing is awesome. Its a whole different car and driving on the highway it drives like stock NO MY BFG DRAG RADIALS!!!!! Yea I went and saw two faint but they were still there, 40-60ft marks.
Hmm only a few more track days left. Sundays only, from noon-4. After Nov, no more racing until next season. Im thinking 12.6's @ 108mph. There was one guy with that stall, that was trapping 111, with shorty headers!
