T/C Not locking...Help When im driving down the highway at say 70mph the converter will just slip out of lock up, when i turn the car off (whil driving) and back on it locks up right away, and then a minut or two it will come out of lock up again. Now i recently had the tranny rebuilt as well as the T/C, so everything is new, and it is still doing the same thing. could this be a tunning issue??
Yes more then likely tunning.. I bet you are getting randon missfires.. Even if they are not enough to through a code it will still lock/unlock the verter.. Have a tuner bump up the mis fire detection tables for you. Very commom problem with a cam

I had the same problem after a cam install,I have EFIlive and I had to set {C5601}MISFIRE DETECTION MAX TEMP from 266 degree's to 1 degree and it solved the lock and unlock TC problem.I don't know if it will solve your problem,But you can try that.
