Default Vigilante 3200

What do you think of it? Whats the STR?

I was going to order a Yank ST3500 but I heard allot of horror stories out of the Stealth Thruster line.

I got a 2002 Ram Air an air lid and few other bolt-ons.

It's an awesome street/strip converter. I've had one in my wife's car for several years now with 0 problems. She loves it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thanks for the feed back. The Vig 3200 sounds like the perfect converter for me. I hear it actually stall somewhere around 3600-3800 <img border="0" alt="[devil]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_devil.gif" />

Will the Vig help any from a roll? I know I can't beat the 6-speed guys from a roll, but I hope to be close to their back bumper.

Ditto on what Pual said. Its gonna help some bye keeping you in the power band a lil longer. But you will kick a@@ from dead stops or 20mph punches if you can hook <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

if a M6 wind from a roll, just be like.. man lets go from dead stop <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Hey Tom, did you have to change PCM because of TM or was it something else?

nope, TM was fine, everything was fine, from the very beggining my idle droped that low so car died, especially on reverse, then after i put around 500 miles on the converter it happaned to me too, i was reving but the car won't move faster, people know what i'm talking about.
So, i swaped my 2001 PCM to 2000 year and all my problems are gone, car runs like a chemp, i've been haveing slight problem with shift points (at WOT it didn't shift from 3-4), still need to test it out more sorely, have to go on a freeway and step on it up to 110mph...
Anyhow, when i'm saying swaped my PCM to 2000 year, it doesn't mean i'm useing factory settings, it's custom tuned by speartech guy.
