We tell our customers to just drive around normally for a day then do what you want

Best way to break it is to put it in neutral and take it to the rev limiter drop it down to 1st.

the breakin on my 4k stall consisted of letting the car run long enough to warm up, then i hit the highway and did 3 consecutive dead stop launches on my radials, which resulted in total annihilation of the tires. after the 3rd time i determined that dead stops weren't for me, so i went from 20, 30, and 40...progressively getting more traction, but ultimately having the same results - tirespin.

i put ~10k and 200 track passes on my 4k stall/stock trans/stock 10 bolt with 373s before i sold the car, cutting consistent 1.62-1.64 60' times. of course i ate 3 sets of tires in those 10,000 miles, also. now that i think about it, i really wasn't nice to that car, but she kept coming back for more.

My break in consisted of me carefully running the car on the lift, getting everything full and warmed up, then doing a full on burnout all the way down the street.

That was about 8,000 miles ago and haven't had any problems yet.

After the trans is warmed and fluid is topped of... its game on! I've never broken in a converter!

Pretty much thats true theres not much of a breakin with the exception of the lockup clutch , Our main reason for saying on day normal driving it for repeated checks of fluild level and top off
