im planning on a 3200 stall. my car never sees the track, burnouts, or manual shifting. i drive it like an old lady..lol. except after coming off turns then ill somewhat gun it. so i hope my tranny holds up. cuz after im done doing all my mods and all, i plan on just storing the car.

supposable with a tranny cooler it shouldn't beany harder on the tranny, however that is hard to believe, but that didnt sway me fro getting mine

I have 142000 on mine, stock tranny with a stall and cooler. I have no idea if it is stock though since i've only had the car about 3 years but it was bone stock and it was a lady doctor that owned it. I beat on it regularly and spray nitrous occasionally through it. I've yet to have any problems.

i put my cam and converter in at the same time at about 60k. tranny lasted 2 weeks, it may have been on its way out anyway though.

bahhh well i think mine is going out any ways..... i know it had a beefy shift kit but other than that the car was stock when i got it.... it has 273 gears it used to roll them on the 1 2 shift now it dosent and there is a clicking coming from the bell housing also... i think the front pump is going out or the tc... so imma buy a new tranny and i was looking into a tc but i dont want to trash my new tranny ohhh the worries.... but it takes $$$$$$$$$$$ to play i guess

i have heard that a cam can hrut your tranny alot more and alot quicker than the stall. supposably the cam revs it higher which makes it go out sooner

The added power would more likely kill the tranny more so than RPM's
